Essentials

• Standard priority

• £70ph pre-paid into a retainer

• 24hr response time to ticket

• Watchman Monitoring Software (for diagnostic use)

• ConnectWise Host (Advanced remote support)

• £90ph Ad-hoc rate (once the pre-paid amount has run out)

Premium

(minimum annual agreement)

• Medium priority

• £60ph pre paid into a retainer

• 3hr response time

• ConnectWise Host (Advanced remote support)

• Sophos X (Anti-virus and live threat detection for ransomware, etc.)

• Watchman Monitoring Software (Allowing proactive monitoring of devices)

• £90ph Ad-hoc rate (once the pre-paid amount has run out)

• +£15 per system (System includes: 1Mac/PC, 1iPhone & 1iPad)

• Quarterly network report

Unlimited

(minimum annual agreement)

• Highest priority

• Unlimited support

• 1hr response time

• ConnectWise Host (Advanced remote support)

• Sophos X (Anti-virus and live threat detection for ransomware, etc.)

• Watchman (Allowing proactive monitoring of devices)

• Cost per user (reduced following completion of online training)

• Quarterly network report & expert analysis

• Quarterly meeting with solutions Expert

• Long term IT & Technology plan

• Free ‘Maven Academy’ login for staff

• Reductions on additional services (Internet connections, mobile data, network infrastructure, etc)
